Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, UI design, code, and text content, is the exclusive property of Pdfzy.
Users may NOT:
- Copy website design
- Reverse engineer tools
- Scrape data/tools
- Use branding without permission
Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using the service to:
Upload illegal or pornographic material.
Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Distribute malware, viruses, or spyware.
Attempt to bypass service limits or gain unauthorized access.
Resell or sublicense Pdfzy services without authorization.
Overload infrastructure with excessive requests.
Payment & Billing
Pdfzy offers both free and premium services. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your chosen cycle (Monthly/Yearly).
Prices are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for initial subscriptions if the tools do not meet expectations.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the Service or delete your account through your settings.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the website and tools. Pdfzy is not responsible for any file data loss that may occur during the processing or storage period.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pdfzy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Service shall be instituted in the courts located in India.
